Pam Warnock, Sales

Pam has worked in the floor covering industry for 30+ years. She has managed builder design centers as well as retail stores. Her knowledge is broad in both flooring and window treatments, but admits you never stop learning in this business. Her goal is not only to sell, but to educate the customer about their selections. She prides herself in the detail she offers her clients, from selection of product to walking the finished job. Over the years, her greatest compliment are her many repeat customers. 

Ron Alleger, Owner

Ron Alleger has been in the floor covering business for over 35 years. After graduating from Kansas Wesleyan University, he represented Masland Carpets for 15 years. He then became the owner and president of M. Austin Designer Floors, Inc. and feels fortunate to have enjoyed this position for 20 years.

Ron’s vast knowledge of the industry covers everything from product manufacturing to installation. He has been honored with leadership awards from International Design Guild and a seat in their Presidents Circle. He is also currently serving on IDG’s Advisory Committee.

Brenda Myers, Sales

Brenda has been a fixture on the boulevard for over 20 years. Her secret to success is her product knowledge, focused customer service and infectious smile. Brenda has been with M. Austin Designer Floors for 13 years and knows the flooring business inside and out. She will use her comprehensive knowledge to help you navigate around the speed bumps of any flooring project, from carpet to wood, to insure success for you and your client. Tamara Bonafede, Sales

Tamara's years as a manufacturer's representative bring a deep knowledge of and expertise in the flooring business to M. Austin Designer Floors. Detail oriented, Tamara instills confidence in her customers that the job will be done right and on time. Leslie Du Fresne, Sales

Having graduated from the Design Institute of San Diego, Leslie's specialties include custom area rugs -from design conception and renderings to material selection and room layout. Leslie brings clients, designers, fabricators, and distributors together to assure the needs of any project are met with meticulous care. After diligently gathering requirements, she is educational in her approach, ensuring that there's an understanding of what works and why, while presenting all the options available. She has an impeccable eye for color, balance and form, a penchant for organization and attention to detail which, combined, create a warm and demonstrably superior design experience for the client.
